1. When you install the nails, the corrugated tiles can only be hit on the wave crests, and a set of waterproof fixings should be installed every other wave crest, otherwise you will have to worry about water leakage in the rainy season.

2. At the longitudinal edge of the tile, each crest must be fixed on the bar with accessories, and auxiliary reinforcement measures are required in windy areas.

3. The diameter of the drill bit is slightly larger than the diameter of the fixing part by 1MM (reserving space for the thermal expansion and contraction of the plastic). When opening the hole, the edge of the hole should be kept smooth to avoid stress concentration, and special care should be taken when drilling in cold weather.

4. Please determine the overlapping and (upper and lower) layers according to the direction of water flow and wind direction, so as to avoid water leakage caused by installation.

5. After the nail is installed, the matching waterproof accessories, namely the board waterproof cap, should be added to avoid rusting caused by exposed steel wire heads.
